I doubt it’s paper size or orientation if you’re getting accordion jams, either of those would give a standard jam either stop in place or feed out one and jam. It’s a mechanical obstruction, whether its a roller not turning on clutch or out of place. Look at the lead edge of the jammed paper for any nick would indicate the location of the obstruction and check all rollers for operation. If it’s a interrupter type then maybe the actuator arm is off.
Maybe a broken component hanging in the paper path or a rough edge on a paper guide. I’ll report back with isc132 findings, possibly some pictures. I can’t see any rollers or even an opening where the paper should be headed, partially because the door doesn’t open nearly far enough to do anything constructive in there!

Not sure if its incotec photo reflector type or photo interrupter. Get the Android App. Thanks teebee, the paper doesn’t have any nics or rough edges, it just accordians up so I’m guessing the roller isn’t turning, I’m going to pull out the item labelled “2” which looks like it could be a drum but should give me a clear view. Would that affect the paper coming out of the tray, or would infofec jam up in the place I’m talking about?

The time now is I’m fairly sure they are all on A4 with A4 paper in there, but I will double check Possibly paper size dial is set wrong setting in paper tray The copier loads fine, but when we try and run a copy isc10332 paper gets fed out of the trays fine runs up through the side door and then concertinas before it gets isc10322 further Infotec ISC I know we don’t have an Infotec forum here, but given that they are a Ricoh manufactured device I figured this would be the best place!
